As Jamaster LMS, we value user satisfaction. This refund policy explains the refund conditions applicable to digital educational content, subscriptions, and services purchased through our platform.
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Since all services offered consist of digital content, refund processes are conducted in accordance with the following rules:
- Purchased training packages, subscriptions, or modules cannot be refunded after access is provided.
- However, if the user wants to exercise the right of withdrawal before accessing the content, they can apply in writing to [email protected] within 7 days. In this case, payment refund is made.
2. Refund Due to Technical Issues
If there is a technical issue preventing the user from accessing the service (e.g., system error, content loading failure, etc.) and this issue is caused by Jamaster LMS:
- The user reports the issue to the support team.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a maximum of 72 hours, partial or full refund may be made to the user upon their request.
3. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
- Some plans offered on the platform may include monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Unless the subscription is canceled before renewal, a fee is charged for the next period.
- Refunds requested after renewal are evaluated, but refunds are generally not made if access to content has been provided.
4. Abuse Situation
Refund requests are considered invalid in the following cases:
- Most of the educational content has been completed
- A certificate has been obtained
- Multiple refund requests by the same user
- Account suspended or closed due to abuse
5. Refund Process
You need to send your refund request to [email protected] email address along with your order details. Refund requests:
- Are evaluated within 5 business days
- If approved, payment is made within 7-14 business days according to the method used
6. Refunds Through Payment Infrastructure
Refunds are processed through the channel through which you made the payment (e.g., Stripe, Iyzico, credit card, etc.). We have no control over the refund process of banks.
