2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the online course software license and related digital services ordered by the BUYER through the Jamaster LMS website, pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product/Service Information

  • Delivery: Access provided electronically

4. Delivery and Performance of the Service

  • After the BUYER completes the payment, access credentials to the Jamaster LMS account are provided electronically within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Delivery does not require shipment of any physical product. All usage rights are provided digitally.
  • The SELLER cannot be held responsible for access issues arising from incorrect information provided by the BUYER.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • For digital content and online services, the BUYER does not have a right of withdrawal after delivery and performance have begun (Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/g).
  • However, if access to the service has not been provided, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
  • Right of withdrawal notifications must be made in writing or via a durable medium to [email protected].

6. Price and Payment Terms

  • Prices on the website are shown inclusive of VAT.
  • Payment is made via the payment methods specified on the website (credit card, bank transfer/EFT, etc.).
  • If the BUYER fails to make timely payment, the order is canceled.

7. Seller's Obligations

  • The SELLER is obliged to provide the service subject to the agreement as committed, completely and in compliance with the applicable legislation.
  • Temporary access interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure. In such cases, the BUYER will be informed within a reasonable time.

8. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

9. Enforcement

By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
